this slys sub boss for the moon nebula. he was created by sly using the DNA of a dead black arms soldier he took from GUN and then gave to dr drake so he could clone and alter the soldier. sly then personally added the robotic parts creating nebula.

personality: Nebula is a very stern and humorless person and he is only seems happy things are organized and done correctly.

powers: Nebulas cloak is made with the same technology that make warp ring abled to teleport to places people want to go but nebulas cloak is almost always marked for space which gives nebula the ability to suck people in and either throw them into the vacuum of space or teleport them. his staff can also be used like a sickle.
