Calder the elite

This is Calder sly helped build and design Calder when he worked for GUN. Sly stole Calder and destroyed anything that involved him when he left GUN. While they where escaping Calder lost his arm and he did not want a new arm because he believed it would not be as good as the first.

power: Calder was built with the ability to control a blue plasma that can be shot out of his arm. the plasma is also Calder's energy source.
